There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children. One of these is roots, the other, wings.

Jackson is 2!

My baby is 2 years old! Jackson sure has grown into a little boy full of wonder, personality and spunk. He is always making us laugh and shake our heads in awe of the things he does. At 2 he can now orally spell his name, recognize all his letters, count to 10 (although numbers 4 and 5 are still hard to say), and he recognize many shapes. He loves to sing, read, and LOVES LOVES LOVES to be outside blowing bubbles, playing in the water and sand, pushing his lawn mower and sliding and swinging on his new playstructure. The first words out of his mouth in the morning(after he eats of course, his first love is still food!) is "Outside play!" He loves playing with his sister, being chased by his brother, and playing with his daycare friends.

The new playstructure! Mommy and Daddy spent HOURS putting it together but it is getting plenty of use!
