There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children. One of these is roots, the other, wings.

Canada Day

Our neighbourhood held our (mostly) annual Canada Day Celebration this year. The morning was wet and dreary but the sun came out just after 3:00 in time for our parade. The afternoon was filled with swimming, food and finished off with fantastic fireworks! We do live in a fabulous neighbourhood!
